To become an Occupational Therapy intern in Poudre School District, please complete the Occupational Therapy Intern application. This application is for placements starting in fall 2026. To be considered for a Occupational Therapy intern placement in one of our schools, you should: be entering your final semester/year of an Occupational Therapy program be able to pass a criminal background check, including submitting a complete set of fingerprints to the Colorado Department of Education/PSD be enrolled in a college/university that has a signed internship agreement with PSD (see below) Placements will be completed with the following criteria: availability of qualified staff/OTs in requested areas willingness of schools/staff to take an intern outcome of internship interview between principal, lead/supervisor, and prospective intern Current Occupational Therapy University Partners: Colorado State University Grand Canyon University San Jose State University If your university is not listed or you have any questions regarding the student teaching placement process, please contact the Talent Team at talent@psdschools.org.
