Role Overview The Onboarding Lead will own the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of the global onboarding experience for CoreWeave’s GTM teams (SDRs, AEs, Sales Leaders, and adjacent customer-facing roles). This person will partner closely with Sales Enablement, Revenue Operations, Sales Leadership, Product Marketing, and People teams to ensure new hires are ramped quickly, consistently, and confidently on CoreWeave’s products, customers, and sales motions.
