The Operations Coordinator position plays a critical role as a dispatcher for housekeeping and building trades by fielding and managing calls in the Event Command Post at Citizens Bank Park. These calls will be received via phone, two-way radio, text, and relayed verbally by other dispatchers. The Operations Coordinator works a changing, game-day schedule (including days, nights, and evenings) as is determined by their supervisor and needs of the park.
