About The Position

This is a full-time Outside Sales Representative role covering the Dallas–Fort Worth, TX territory and surrounding North Texas industrial market. The position focuses on industrial hose, hydraulic hose assemblies, fittings, and fluid transfer products for customers operating in manufacturing, construction, energy, transportation, food processing, and industrial maintenance environments. The Outside Sales Representative will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing and growing existing accounts, and expanding market share throughout the Greater Dallas–Fort Worth industrial corridor. The role includes prospecting new customers, building relationships with plant maintenance teams and procurement professionals, and identifying opportunities for hydraulic hose assemblies, industrial hose solutions, and related MRO products. This position requires a consultative sales approach, working closely with customers to understand application requirements, recommend the correct hose and fitting solutions, and provide fast, reliable service for critical operations.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated expertise in managing customer relationships, territory sales, and developing new B2B business opportunities
  • Strong relationship-building, consultative selling, and customer service skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
  • Proven ability to manage a sales territory, grow accounts, and consistently meet or exceed sales targets
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently in a field sales environment
  • Knowledge of hydraulic hose, industrial hose, fittings, couplings, adapters, fluid transfer systems, or industrial MRO products is highly desirable
  • Prior experience in outside sales, industrial distribution, hose & fittings sales, hydraulics, fluid power, or industrial supply is preferred

Nice To Haves

  • Experience selling into manufacturing, construction, energy, transportation, food processing, or heavy industrial environments is a strong plus
