About The Position

Job Summary: Job Summary: This job listing is for the 2026 season THE JOB PNC Bank Arts Center in Holmdel NJ is seeking Parking Lot Attendants who will be responsible for the flow of traffic and assuring that our guests get parked as quickly and safely as possible. WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO Keep parking areas clean and orderly to ensure that space usage is maximized. Direct motorists to parking areas or parking spaces, using hand signals and traffic wands as necessary. Patrol parking areas to prevent vehicle damage and vehicle or property thefts. Direct guests walking to and from the parking lots. Provide exceptional guest service to our fans as they look for directions to buses, rideshares, the lots, or general questions about our venue. Lift, position, and remove barricades or traffic cones to open or close parking areas. Show CARE by participating in the venue’s sustainability program which could include implementing programs that conserve resources/prevent waste such as sorting waste and collecting recycling and educating our fans about our efforts. Partner with fellow crew members at the end of show to close the venue- this may include collecting recyclables from the lawn, picking up and properly storing event equipment such as lawn chairs, barricade, traffic cones, etc. Events are May-October, with events on weekdays, weekends and possible holidays. Position will require working in the elements…the parking lots are uncovered and our performances are rain or shine Other tasks assigned by the Parking Manager or Parking Supervisors.

Requirements

  • Ability to provide courteous, friendly and efficient service.
  • Strong strategic thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
  • A strong sense of teamwork and ability to execute programs.
  • Position requires ability to stand for long hours.
  • Must be 16 or older to apply

Nice To Haves

  • A driver’s license or learner's permit is preferred.
