Responsibilities

• Assisting guest with check-in and check-out
• Respond to guest issues and complaints in a friendly timely manner
• Managing a checklist consisting of billing, requests, VIPs, and room balancing tasks
• Assisting with limited coffee shop services
• Ability to Stand for entire shift
• Managing in-person, online, and phone reservations/inquiries
