The Team: Partner Investments drives revenue growth for Microsoft by leading the decisions and governance for the multi-billion portfolio of commercial investments across our Global Channel Partner Sales organization (GCPS). In addition, the team provides the governance and end-to-end ownership for systems, tools, analytics and compliance for GCPS. This team is looking for a talented Partner Investments Go To Market Lead. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make an impact on a global scale as you develop and drive the holistic execution, landing, and program initiatives of incentive programs across the GPS Partner business. The Role: You will play a lead role in developing and driving the awareness, readiness, and adoption of several key incentive programs in our portfolio, as well be responsible for driving appropriate program policies, ensuring implementation and quality execution, and landing of programs to internal stakeholders, as well as externally to a broad set of partners.
