This is a unique and high‑impact role where you’ll be responsible for securing, building and managing strategic partnerships that fuel our continued growth. You’ll work closely with our Sales and Marketing teams, managing the full partnership lifecycle across prospecting, contracting, onboarding and joint go‑to‑market growth. This is not a role for the faint‑hearted! You’ll be a key member of our USA team. We’re looking for someone with drive, grit and a pioneering mindset; someone who thrives in fast‑moving environments and isn’t afraid to carve out new paths as we continue expanding globally.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years' experience in a similar B2B SaaS or employee benefits technology role
  • Excellent communication skills — written, verbal and presentation (PowerPoint essential)
  • Strong financial and data modelling capability
  • A proactive, motivated and creative mindset
  • Adaptability, integrity, and a willingness to take smart, calculated risks

Responsibilities

  • Actively identifying, evaluating and securing new strategic partners
  • Generating new business opportunities through strategic partner channels
  • Pitching and demonstrating our solutions to partners alongside our Global Sales Team
  • Positioning the unique benefits of our platform within the employee benefits and wellbeing market
  • Collaborating cross‑functionally with Sales, Product Engineering, Marketing and Legal to deliver the right solutions for each partner
  • Creating compelling collateral and presentations for pitches to financial institutions and marketing partners
  • Managing strategic relationships with strong commercial acumen, diplomacy and exceptional project management
  • Staying ahead of the competitive landscape in the enterprise employee benefits and wellbeing sectors
  • Supporting Sales teams throughout the full sales cycle for partner‑generated opportunities
