Requirements
- Active CA License
- BC
- BLS
- DEA
- PAs with CA Controlled Substance Education Course Certificate
- NPs with Furnishing License with Schedules II
- Min 5 years of Peds experience
- Must have experience in FQHC, treating BH (anxiety) issues and Pediatric Chronic Care Management.
