Develop global payroll strategies, payroll solution vendor assessment, selection and implementation, advising on global payroll operating models and leading payroll transformation activities in support of broader business initiatives and overall business strategy. Manage and oversee payroll best practices and payroll service delivery models, supporting clients’ global payroll challenges, issues and complex requirements. Manage the preparation, processing and administration of payroll-related project activities to help improve and reduce the cost and risks of payroll operations. Responsible for ensuring global payroll advisory, payroll technology solution support and payroll transformation services run smoothly. Support clients’ global payroll challenges, issues and complex requirements, including advising on payroll best practices and payroll service delivery model. Roll out payroll improvement initiatives and efficiency opportunities.
