About The Position
Job Summary: We are seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team on a PRN (as needed) basis to provide home health services in the Wooster area. The PT will work with patients in their homes to assess their condition, develop individualized treatment plans, and help them improve mobility and manage pain. Qualifications: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy - Valid state PT license - Proven experience as a Physical Therapist - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Responsibilities: - Evaluate patients' medical history and conditions to determine the best treatment plans - Develop personalized rehabilitation programs to improve patients' mobility, strength, and coordination - Educate patients and their families on exercises and techniques to enhance recovery - Monitor and report on patients' progress - Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed to ensure holistic care Work Schedule: This position is on a PRN basis, offering flexibility in scheduling visits with patients in the Wooster area. Hours may vary based on patient needs and caseload. Requirements
