The basic function of this position is to be responsible for monitoring customer demand/orders and overseeing and supporting the creation of production schedules for all production lines. Growth Potential Team-Oriented Environment What Success Looks Like: Develop procedures and oversee the scheduling of all production lines to satisfy the needs for customer orders and to achieve the most efficient utilization of equipment and labor. Monitor production schedule to ensure needed raw materials are available to meet the needs of the line schedules. Coordinate with production and shipping departments to ensure timely delivery dates and service level targets. Work with purchasing of raw materials to maintain targeted levels of raw material inventory for our operations. Support production & efficiency goals & coordinate with other departments regarding raw material and production issues. Assist with plant trial scheduling with technical and production teams and submit recommended schedule changes. Provides feedback to the Production Manager related to volume of business and recommends production hours needed. Your Credentials: Minimum of a high school diploma or associate or bachelor’s degree preferred in a business field of study. A minimum of two years in similar manufacturing scheduling experience. Must have a reasonable knowledge and experience with of Microsoft Word/Excel. Detail-oriented, organized and analytical individual with good interpersonal skills. Salary range is $50,950-60,500 commensurate with bonus potential .
