We are partnering with our client to hire a proactive Practice Operations & Billing Manager who will own front-desk operations, guide the administrative team, and keep a growing pediatric therapy practice running smoothly. This role is both hands-on and leadership-oriented: you’ll direct front-office workflows, oversee the afternoon front-desk team, coordinate scheduling and intake, and manage weekly billing functions (about 10 hours/week) in a private workspace away from reception. Your leadership ensures therapists stay focused on patient care — while families experience a warm, organized, and efficient clinic.
