Building off our Cloud momentum, Oracle has formed a new organization - Oracle Health Applications & Infrastructure. This team focuses on building the customer-support centric tooling that our customers use to request help and support in using this new platform that enables modernized, automated healthcare. This is a net new line of business, constructed with an entrepreneurial spirit that promotes an energetic and creative environment. We are looking for hands-on TPM’s with expertise and passion in solving difficult problems in all areas of software engineering: distributed systems, identity, security, observability, and user experience. This is a greenfield opportunity to design and build new cloud centric applications from the ground up. We are growing fast, still at an early stage, and working on ambitious new initiatives. A TPM at any level can have significant technical and business impact here. Responsibilities

  • Define project scopes
  • Plan and direct schedules while focusing on regular and timely delivery of value
  • Organize and lead project status and working meetings
  • Prepare and distribute progress reports
  • Manage risks and issues
  • Correct deviations from plans
  • Perform delivery planning for assigned projects
  • Monitor the project from initiation through delivery
  • Organize the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget constraints
  • Assign and monitor work of systems analysis and program staff, providing technical support and direction
  • Collaborate closely with partners in program and product management to understand our customers and build the right solutions and products that makes their needs and businesses complete
  • Partner closely with peers, developers, and customers to create solutions, while simultaneously evolving existing capabilities
