Building off our Cloud momentum, Oracle has formed a new organization - Oracle Health Applications & Infrastructure. This team focuses on building the customer-support centric tooling that our customers use to request help and support in using this new platform that enables modernized, automated healthcare. This is a net new line of business, constructed with an entrepreneurial spirit that promotes an energetic and creative environment. We are looking for hands-on TPM’s with expertise and passion in solving difficult problems in all areas of software engineering: distributed systems, identity, security, observability, and user experience. This is a greenfield opportunity to design and build new cloud centric applications from the ground up. We are growing fast, still at an early stage, and working on ambitious new initiatives. A TPM at any level can have significant technical and business impact here. Responsibilities

Define project scopes
Plan and direct schedules while focusing on regular and timely delivery of value
Organize and lead project status and working meetings
Prepare and distribute progress reports
Manage risks and issues
Correct deviations from plans
Perform delivery planning for assigned projects
Monitor the project from initiation through delivery
Organize the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget constraints
Assign and monitor work of systems analysis and program staff, providing technical support and direction
Collaborate closely with partners in program and product management to understand our customers and build the right solutions and products that makes their needs and businesses complete
Partner closely with peers, developers, and customers to create solutions, while simultaneously evolving existing capabilities
