This is a high-visibility role focused on delivering priority OCI features, securing customer environments, and ensuring Oracle Health remains compliant, competitive, and positioned for long-term success. Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end execution of simultaneous cloud migration and security transformation programs
Drive delivery of high-priority OCI features enabling customer transitions
Partner with engineering, security, risk, compliance, and federal teams to align execution with regulatory mandates
Lead initiatives to implement the CSSAP-approved Operator Access model to strengthen internal access controls
Own remediation programs for federal environment risk findings and audit items
Drive and sustain CMMC compliance programs for Oracle Health
Manage program risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans across complex, matrixed environments
Deliver executive-level reporting to senior leadership with clarity and precision
Influence cross-functional stakeholders to align on technical and compliance objectives
