This role ensures all locations are fully equipped, cost-efficient, and operating smoothly. You will partner closely with doctors, labs, and internal teams to oversee purchasing, track inventory, manage contracts, and coordinate equipment repairs and facility needs.

Requirements

• 2–5+ years of experience in operations, procurement, or supply chain
• Strong organizational and vendor management skills
• Ability to manage multiple locations and priorities
• Detail-oriented with strong cost-conscious mindset
• Comfortable working onsite and collaborating with clinical teams
• Proficient in Excel, inventory systems, and purchasing tools

Nice To Haves

• Experience in dental, healthcare, or multi-site environments preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage ordering of dental supplies, lab work, and equipment by practice
• Ensure adherence to formulary while sourcing competitive pricing
• Coordinate with labs and doctors on cases, timelines, and needs
• Oversee vendor relationships, contracts, and service providers
• Manage recurring facilities maintenance and repair requests
• Track and maintain all physical assets, including equipment, scrubs, and uniforms
• Maintain warranty records and asset documentation
• Support annual capital inventory review and planning
• Ensure organization, accuracy, and cost control across all purchasing
