Requirements
- Previous collision center or body shop leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of collision repair processes and estimating
- Experience managing technicians and shop workflow
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple repair jobs simultaneously
- Valid driver’s license
Nice To Haves
- I-CAR certification or equivalent experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily body shop production and workflow
- Assign and monitor repair work for body technicians and painters
- Ensure repairs are completed on time and within quality standards
- Work closely with estimators, parts departments, and insurance partners
- Monitor cycle time, productivity, and shop efficiency
- Maintain strong communication with technicians and service staff
- Ensure all repairs meet OEM and safety standards
- Assist with scheduling, quality control checks, and final inspections
