Requirements

  • Previous collision center or body shop leadership experience
  • Strong knowledge of collision repair processes and estimating
  • Experience managing technicians and shop workflow
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple repair jobs simultaneously
  • Valid driver’s license

Nice To Haves

  • I-CAR certification or equivalent experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily body shop production and workflow
  • Assign and monitor repair work for body technicians and painters
  • Ensure repairs are completed on time and within quality standards
  • Work closely with estimators, parts departments, and insurance partners
  • Monitor cycle time, productivity, and shop efficiency
  • Maintain strong communication with technicians and service staff
  • Ensure all repairs meet OEM and safety standards
  • Assist with scheduling, quality control checks, and final inspections
  • Foster a positive, team-focused work environment
