About The Position

We are seeking a Mid - Senior Program Analyst in Washington, DC to provide test and evaluation support to our Conventional Prompt Strike customer at the Washington Navy Yard in Washington, DC. As a Program Analyst, you will support the Test and Evaluation team by analyzing weapons and missile systems test and development issues in a fast-paced environment to provide critical analyses and solutions to emerging challenges. The ideal candidate will provide subject matter expertise which includes DoD and in-depth experience with test and evaluation principles and experience in a Navy acquisition program office. This position is onsite at Washington Navy Yard with the possibility of some telework.

Requirements

  • Must have one of the following Mid/Journeyman level: a) A bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least (5) years of professional/internship engineering experience, OR b) A master's degree in a relevant field and at least (2) years of professional experience, OR c) No degree and at least (8) years of demonstrated experience in specific task area
  • Must have one of the following for the Senior level: a) A bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 11 years of T&E / Program Office experience or b) A master's degree in a relevant field and at least 10 years of professional experience
  • Must have an active DOD Secret Clearance and the ability to maintain and sustain one.
  • Must be a US Citizen
  • Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)

Nice To Haves

  • Navy military veteran and/or some NAVSEA, IWS,
  • Systems experience with ballistics weapons a plus

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct support to the SPC-5 (Test and Evaluation) leadership team. This includes technical support for hardware testing, software testing, modeling and simulation, and flight-testing.
  • Assists with meetings and engagements, ensuring integration with overall CPS priorities.
  • Manages daily battle rhythms internal to SPC5 in support of code priorities, helping align direction as changes emerge.
  • Attend meetings and consolidates concise notes, capturing significant discussion items and all action items with “what/who/when” for each item. Develop and maintain a SPC 5 “action item tracker” and provide regular updates to SPC 5 leadership.
  • Provide on-site administrative support to SPC-5 leadership to include maintaining daily and long-range schedules, submitting, and tracking documents in the command’s document tracker.
  • Maintain multiple calendars for government personnel agendas and schedules: work commitments, events, leave, and travel.
  • Prioritize and de-conflict events to maximize itinerary efficiency: ensure calendar is executable, determine priority engagements, ensure program leadership is fully prepared prior to each activity; liaison with key stakeholders to obtain advance information and prepare detailed information.
  • Provide regular briefing support: organize and distribute presentation material.
  • Provide classified and unclassified meeting support: operate audio visual equipment, technical assistance, and Video Teleconferencing (VTC).
  • Maintain organized, complete, and accurate paper and electronic files and records management. Obtain and maintain a courier card to support transportation of relevant materials.
