About The Position

The Program Controls Analyst will provide comprehensive programmatic and scheduling support to the DHS C-UAS program. This role ensures effective planning, execution, tracking, and reporting across all program control functions, supporting compliance with DHS acquisition policies and ensuring alignment with mission objectives.

Requirements

  • Must be a U.S citizen with an ACTIVE security clearance of at least the SECRET level.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in program controls, program analysis, financial management, or scheduling within defense, federal, or homeland security programs.
  • Experience with change control and baseline documentation.
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Knowledge of DHS Acquisition Management Directive (AMD) 102-01 or DoD acquisition lifecycle.
  • Proficiency with MS Project, Jira, or equivalent scheduling tools.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to create executive-ready presentations, briefings, and documentation.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting DHS programs or DoD acquisition programs preferred.
  • Experience with Power BI a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and monitor Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) in accordance with DHS acquisition lifecycle requirements.
  • Track program performance, including cost, schedule, and risks using best practices.
  • Support budget formulation, financial execution, spend plans, and forecasting activities.
  • Prepare detailed reports, briefings, and dashboards for senior leadership and DHS stakeholders.
  • Conduct variance analysis and identify trends impacting program performance.
  • Ensure compliance with DHS acquisition and financial management policies.
  • Coordinate with engineering, logistics, test, and operational teams to ensure accurate data integration.
  • Support risk and issue management processes, including facilitating risk boards.
  • Assist with development of acquisition documentation, program baselines, and updates as required.
