About The Position

We are looking for a Program Manager to join the World Wide Grocery Stores (WWGS) Data Transformation & Nutrition (DTN) team. DTN Program Managers own key programs and projects that drive critical data operations for grocery stores across the US, Canada, and UK — with a focus on recipe management, transformed cost, and transformed nutrition data. You will lead program definition and execution in partnership with merchant, store operations, compliance, finance, and technology teams to ensure stores have the data they need to deliver a seamless customer experience. You'll spend your days partnering with merchants, compliance, procurement, and technology teams to keep recipe, nutrition, and cost data accurate and launch-ready across stores in the US, Canada, & the UK. Expect a mix of stakeholder meetings, metrics reviews, SOP documentation, and cross-functional problem-solving — all focused on reducing data errors that impact stores and customers. The DTN team ensures the accuracy and integrity of recipe, transformed cost, and nutrition data for World Wide Grocery Stores. We're a small, high-impact team that values ownership, curiosity, and continuous improvement — building scalable processes and leveraging AI to raise the bar on data quality across the organization. We also like to have fun, most of the team sits down for lunch together, many go to the workout classes together, and you often hear about teammates hanging out after work hours to socialize.
