About The Position
We are looking for a full-time Program Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the clients of HOPE Village, providing transportation as needed, leading devotional sessions and Bible studies, and helping guide, inspire, and support the women as they have a fresh start. Essential job duties for this position include the following items and other duties as assigned or required.
Responsibilities
- Daily transportation.
- Daily unit inspections.
- Oversee weekly/monthly community service hours/opportunities.
- Daily encouragement and support of clients.
- Daily Shift Report emails.
- Weekly Transportation emails.
- Weekly schedule spreadsheets.
- Leading Devotions and Bible studies
