We are seeking a Program Manager with experience in program ownership and account management. In this role, you will have the opportunity to listen & understand our partners’ business goals, translate data into compelling and actionable insights, and focus on executing on the plan to fulfill our partners’ needs. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in inside sales or account management, with a proven track record in achieving successful outcomes for larger clients. You Are: Strategic: You take ownership of your responsibilities to effectively evaluate issues, formulate & execute a data-driven strategy that looks beyond only short-term issues or needs and can provide longer-term effects for those involved. Collaborative: You are a central point of contact who can foster collaboration and shared understanding among varying levels of stakeholders, both internally and externally. Customer Obsessed: You are a patient listener who respects and empathizes with your partners to clearly communicate simple solutions to improve efficiency.
