Responsible for the coordination and completion of a variety of ongoing department projects, many of which require creative writing skills. Projects may include monitoring and responding to external requests for access to online training, the development of training material and modules, writing Client Briefings/Bulletins, creating marketing material and product flyers, creating professional excel reports and PowerPoint presentations as well as maintaining aspects of our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Strong communication skills are essential to ensure effective and timely communication with other departments, vendors and clients. Requires the ability to multitask and problem. Attention to detail, editing and proof-reading are required to ensure accuracy of completed assignments, tasks and projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and 1 year related experience.
  • Must have strong customer service, writing, phone and communication skills.
  • Should be able to handle and prioritize multiple projects at one time.
  • Ability to work independently with a sense of urgency and think creatively.
  • Must be detail oriented and organized.

Responsibilities

  • Monitors website communication inbox responding timely to requests for online training and/or directs inquiry to appropriate department(s).
  • Assists the P&C leadership with the development of client facing bulletins, briefings, newsletters and flyers.
  • Prepares PowerPoint presentations to support the education and communication of products, resources and programs.
  • Prepares and updates various excel reports and graphs.
  • Assists with the design and development of marketing material to support various P&C products and resources, working in partnership with our marketing department.
  • Creates and updates training modules.
  • Assists with various conferences and tradeshows, including researching, acquiring and inventorying promotional items
  • Supports the maintenance of the Salesforce database to include management of P&C contracts and the creation of reports and dashboards.
