Requirements

  • 0–1 year of professional or internship experience.
  • Currently enrolled in an accredited Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program (Junior or Senior standing preferred). Preferred majors include Engineering, Construction Management, Business, Supply Chain or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with basic project management concepts or interest in the renewable energy/utilities sector.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment and commute to the office as scheduled.

Nice To Haves

  • Strong organizational skills, excellent written and verbal communication, and a proactive "problem-solver" mindset.
  • High attention to detail, ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and a strong sense of personal accountability.
  • Experience with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, or Primavera P6) is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Project Lifecycle Support: Assist Project Managers in the planning, execution, and monitoring of distributed energy projects from inception to completion.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules, budget trackers, and status reports to ensure all stakeholders are aligned.
  • Vendor & Subcontractor Coordination: Support the EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) team in communicating with vendors and tracking equipment deliveries.
  • Meeting Management: Organize project meetings, capture detailed minutes, and follow up on action items to drive project momentum.
  • Data Analysis: Assist in analyzing project performance metrics and identifying opportunities for process improvements within the EPC business unit.
  • Other responsibilities as directed by supervisor.
