We are seeking an experienced Product Operations Project Manager to drive agile transformation and organizational change within our product organization. This role will leverage AI-driven execution to accelerate delivery, optimize cross-functional workflows, and embed continuous improvement across product operations. You'll be a change catalyst who translates strategy into action while building sustainable operating models for a fast-scaling fintech.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in product operations, project management, or program management roles within fintech, SaaS, or enterprise software companies (ideally 500-1000 employee range)
  • Proven track record leading organizational change initiatives with measurable business impact.
  • Firsthand experience implementing AI/ML tools for project management, automation, or predictive analytics.
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies and modern product development practices, with ability to recommend process improvements.
  • Demonstrated expertise in change management frameworks.
  • Ability to diagnose organizational resistance and design targeted interventions.
  • History of building change champion networks and sustaining transformation momentum.
  • Experience navigating cultural dynamics and driving adoption across diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Execution Bias: Ability to move from strategy to action quickly and deliver results under ambiguity.
  • Systems Thinking: Connects dots across functions and anticipates downstream impacts of decisions.
  • Stakeholder Influence: Builds credibility and navigates complex organizational dynamics without formal authority.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in alternative investments, financial services, or highly regulated industries.
  • Background in process improvement methodologies (Six Sigma, Lean, business process reengineering).
  • Familiarity with product management frameworks (OKRs, Jobs to Be Done, Continuous Discovery).
  • Previous experience in product operations or go-to-market operations roles.
  • Track record of scaling processes from 100-500+ person organizations.
  • Proficiency with modern project management and collaboration tools (Jira, Asana, Monday.com, Miro, Confluence).
  • Experience with AI-powered productivity tools (generative AI, automation platforms, predictive analytics).
  • Strong data analysis skills with ability to build dashboards and extract insights from complex datasets.
  • Understanding of software development lifecycle and modern engineering practices (CI/CD, DevOps).

Responsibilities

  • Lead enterprise-wide change initiatives across product, engineering, and go-to-market teams to drive adoption of new processes, tools, and ways of working.
  • Design and execute change management strategies using AI-powered insights to identify friction points and accelerate transformation.
  • Build stakeholder engagement plans and communication frameworks to ensure organizational buy-in at all levels.
  • Measure change adoption through quantitative metrics and qualitative feedback loops.
  • Deploy AI and automation tools to eliminate manual overhead in project tracking, reporting, and status updates across the product lifecycle (discovery, development, GTM).
  • Use machine learning models to identify patterns, forecast outcomes, and recommend process improvements.
  • Champion data-driven decision making by creating real-time dashboards and predictive analytics that surface insights.
  • Build AI-powered workflows to accelerate handoffs between discovery, engineering, and go-to-market teams.
  • Partner with the Head of Product Strategy & Operations to evolve the target operating model and embed scalable processes from discovery through GTM.
  • Design and document end-to-end workflows spanning product discovery, development, release management, and go-to-market readiness.
  • Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies across the product lifecycle through process mining and implement continuous improvement solutions.
  • Establish governance frameworks and decision-making protocols that support velocity without sacrificing quality.
  • Build repeatable playbooks for product launches, beta programs, and feature rollouts.
  • Lead complex, multi-team initiatives spanning product, engineering, design, sales, customer success, and marketing.
  • Coordinate cross-functional workstreams from discovery research through GTM execution, ensuring alignment on timelines and deliverables.
  • Manage dependencies across teams and proactively de-risk critical path items that could impact delivery.
  • Drive alignment on prioritization and resource allocation through transparent communication and structured decision-making forums.
  • Translate product strategy into executable roadmaps with clear milestones and success criteria.
  • Present project status, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership and the CPO
  • Facilitate workshops and working sessions to align teams on objectives and drive consensus.
  • Build trust across the organization as a reliable partner who delivers on commitments.
