About The Position

The Product Operations Project Manager is a change agent who supports transformation on how the product organization operates through AI-driven automation and process innovation. This role drives measurable improvements in delivery velocity and operational efficiency by identifying manual inefficiencies, implementing AI solutions, and embedding new ways of working across product, engineering, and go-to-market teams.
By leveraging AI tools for automation, predictive analytics, and workflow optimization, this role multiplies team effectiveness and works towards scalable operating models that sustain high-velocity execution. The role collaborates closely with product leadership and operational partners to drive execution and continuous improvement, with the adoption of AI-enhanced processes that become the new standard.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in project management, product operations, or program coordination roles within SaaS, fintech, or enterprise software organizations.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives involving product, engineering, and go-to-market teams.
• Hands-on experience implementing AI/ML tools for automation or predictive analytics
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies with ability to recommend and drive process improvements
• Experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives and managing project timelines in fast-paced environments
• Project Execution: Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining organization, structure, and clear communication.
• AI & Automation Fluency: Good understanding of AI capabilities for operational use cases, hands-on experience implementing AI tools, ability to evaluate emerging technologies
• Execution Bias: Move from strategy to action quickly, deliver results under ambiguity, bias toward proving value then scaling
• Systems Thinking: Connect dots across functions, anticipate downstream impacts, design solutions addressing root causes
• Stakeholder Influence: Build credibility without formal authority, persuade through data and demonstrated results

• Experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Asana, Monday.com, Miro, or Confluence.
• AI & Automation Tools: Hands-on experience with generative AI (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot), automation platforms (Zapier, Make), AI-powered analytics/predictive tools
• Familiarity with reporting or analytics tools used for project tracking and operational visibility.
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle and modern engineering practices (CI/CD, DevOps).
• Strong data analysis skills with the ability to build dashboards and extract insights from complex datasets.

Nice To Haves

• Experience working in fintech, financial services, or regulated technology environments.

Responsibilities

• Deploy AI and automation tools to eliminate manual overhead in project tracking, reporting, and workflows across discovery, development, and GTM
• Identify organizational friction points and deploy AI/automation to eliminate waste and accelerate delivery
• Build AI-powered workflows to accelerate handoffs between teams and create real-time dashboards for decision-making
• Continuously evaluate and pilot emerging AI tools that could transform team productivity
• Automate recurring reporting and workflow activities to free capacity for high-value work
• Champion experimentation culture and serve as change agent for AI adoption across the organization
• Lead the planning and execution of cross-functional product initiatives from discovery through delivery and go-to-market readiness.
• Develop and maintain project plans with milestones, deliverables, timelines, and dependencies
• Build stakeholder engagement plans and drive adoption of new processes, tools, and ways of working
• Identify risks, manage dependencies, and drive alignment on prioritization through transparent communication
• Ensure deliverables meet agreed timelines and quality standards
• Coordinate workstreams across product management, engineering, design, sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
• Facilitate regular project meetings to review progress, resolve blockers, and maintain alignment across stakeholders.
• Ensure stakeholders have visibility into timelines, deliverables, and key project milestones.
• Support collaboration between teams to maintain smooth handoffs through out the product lifecycle.
• Support the Head of Product Strategy & Operations to evolve the target operating model from discovery through GTM
• Design and document end-to-end workflows spanning product discovery, development, release management, and GTM readiness
• Identify bottlenecks through process mining and implement continuous improvement solutions
• Build repeatable playbooks for launches, beta programs, and feature rollouts
• Create templates and procedures that reduce manual effort and improve consistency
• Translate product strategy into executable roadmaps with clear milestones
• Present status, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership with data-driven insights
• Facilitate workshops to align teams on objectives and drive consensus
• Communicate risks, dependencies, and change initiatives transparently
