About The Position
We are a leading elevator manufacturing company seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager to join our growing team. As our Project Manager, you will oversee the full lifecycle of elevator manufacturing projects — from initial planning and engineering coordination to production, installation, and final delivery. You'll serve as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and internal teams, ensuring every project runs smoothly from start to finish.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or a related field
- Minimum of 3–5 years of project management experience, preferably in manufacturing, construction, or a related industry
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in both an office setting and on active job sites
Nice To Haves
- Experience with elevator systems or vertical transportation
Responsibilities
- Developing and managing detailed project schedules and budgets
- Coordinating cross-functional teams including engineering, production, and field installation crews
- Monitoring project milestones and proactively resolving delays or issues
- Maintaining clear and consistent communication with clients and stakeholders
- Ensuring compliance with safety standards and industry
