Opportunity Overview: We are seeking a Prototype Assembler – Sub-Assembly Integration Specialist responsible for mechanical and electro-mechanical integration at the prototype and pre-production phases. In this role, you will: • Execute mechanical assembly and integration following engineering blueprints, assembly drawings, and work instructions • Perform precision alignment and calibration of mechanical components and optical systems • Conduct in-process mechanical and electrical inspections to ensure compliance with assembly procedures • Maintain detailed and accurate build records, change documentation, and traceability requirements • Collaborate with engineering, process, and quality teams for prototype development and process optimization • Interface with cross-functional teams including mechanical, electrical, and software engineering All About You: We seek individuals who share our passion and determination. Requirements

3–5 years of experience in mechanical assembly and system integration
Strong mechanical aptitude with experience assembling complex electro-mechanical systems
Proficiency in reading and interpreting mechanical drawings, blueprints, and engineering specifications
Experience with precision measurement tools
Knowledge of mechanical fasteners, torque specifications, and assembly best practices
Experience with cable routing and securing within system enclosures
Ability to work with pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical system integration
Strong troubleshooting skills
Excellent manual dexterity and spatial reasoning
Good written and verbal communication skills

Nice To Haves

IPC-A-610 knowledge preferred
Experience with lean manufacturing principles

Responsibilities
