YOUR CONTRIBUTIONS MATTER As our Quality Assurance and Compliance Manager, you'll spend your days conducting detailed fact‑finding reviews, supporting individuals and staff through sensitive and complex events, and coordinating with oversight agencies such as DCF, DDS, DPPC, DPH, CARF, and others. You'll ensure compliance with policies and regulations, lead internal audits, and help prepare for external licensing and accreditation reviews. Every day, you'll play a critical part in safeguarding quality, strengthening accountability, and ensuring our programs meet the highest standards of care. WHAT'S REQUIRED? Valid driver's license in good standing and reliable transportation Bachelor's degree in human services, education, social work, psychology, or a related field 5+ years of progressive experience in quality assurance, compliance, investigations, or program oversight in human services or special education CPR and First Aid certification, or able to obtain within 3 months Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Experience in children's residential or educational programs, adult residential or day habilitation services, or similar regulated human services with licensing, accreditation, and external oversight is preferred.
