PCSI is looking for a Quality Control Manager to support our upcoming custodial contract on Lackland Air Force Base! The Quality Control Manager develops, implements, and monitors quality and safety procedures, and supports operations. This position leads continuous process improvement and works closely with the corporate Safety department to lead safety meetings and trainings. The Quality Control Manager also assists the project manager with overseeing operations by participating in hiring, enforcing policies, and maintaining positive customer relations. We're looking for someone with experience leading custodial operations with an understanding of related quality control and safety procedures. This position is based on Lackland AFB and typically works a Monday-Friday day shift, with ability to cover weekends or emergencies as needed. Benefits Include: Annual bonus of up to 6%. 21 days of PTO per year, in addition to all federal holidays.
