Requirements

  • Ability to interact effectively with all levels of the team.
  • Ability to lift, lower and slide 50-70 pounds.
  • Ability to use small hand tools.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Basic computer literacy with keyboard skills.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent, preferred.
  • 2+ years of Warehouse experience.
  • Knowledge of a Warehouse Management System, including use of scanners, required.

Nice To Haves

  • Material moving equipment experience , preferred (pallet jacks, hand trucks, forklifts, etc.).

Responsibilities

  • Assemble customer orders according to the Build of Material (BOM)
  • Properly pack items for shipment or stage for Production assembly.
  • Ensure order accuracy with thorough paperwork and product review prior to each order shipment.
  • Identify shipping method and follow required procedures to ensure product is quality checked, packed and labeled appropriately.
  • Receive incoming products/off-load truck deliveries.
  • Notify management to resolve inventory discrepancies and damaged products.
  • Transport materials throughout the warehouse using hand truck, forklift, or other equipment.
  • Participate in inventory cycle counts.
  • Perform routine housekeeping and maintenance duties.
  • Restock and rotate product.
  • Adhere to safety standards, immediately correcting or reporting unsafe conditions.
  • Other duties as needed.
