About The Position

A proactive and organized healthcare Recruiter responsible for supporting the full-cycle recruitment process for Certified Nursing Assistants. Key duties include conducting outreach calls, screening candidates for qualifications and fit, coordinating and scheduling interviews, and verifying professional references.

Requirements

  • Outgoing personality; able to build trusted, successful relationships with staff at all levels.
  • Must have high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential information.

  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases.
  • Understanding of referral programs, Sound judgement.
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organized with a strong attention to detail
  • 3 + years of recruiting experience preferred.
  • 2 years of experience recruiting in health care field.
  • BS/BA in Human Resources preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite at an intermediate level.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct high-volume outreach calls to prospective CNA candidates to generate interest and maintain an active talent pipeline.
  • Perform initial phone screenings to evaluate experience, credentials, communication skills, and overall job fit
  • Track candidates in recruiting software (Paycom) & maintain recruiting status reports.
  • Build a strong employer brand for Menders by Lenbrook to ensure we attract, hire and retain the most qualified associates.
  • Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person).
  • Advertise job openings on company’s careers page and job boards
  • Monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire.
