Responsibilities

  • Improve how we find and attract talent
  • Leverage data, insights, and tools—including emerging AI capabilities—to identify talent pools, assess sourcing channels, and develop strategies that elevate the quality and efficiency of our recruiting efforts.
  • Redesign candidate experiences
  • Streamline touchpoints from application to offer—eliminating friction, improving communication, and ensuring a high-quality, human-centered experience at every step.
  • Strengthen hiring decision-making
  • Partner with leaders across tech, operations, publishing, customer solutions, and distribution to clarify hiring needs, design effective assessments, and guide teams toward consistent, evidence-based decisions.
  • Lead cross-functional recruiting initiatives
  • Collaborate with teams in HR tech, business operations, and leadership to define ambiguous problems, align stakeholders, and implement process improvements that scale company‑wide.
