About The Position

The Green Grass Regional Sales Manager is responsible for leading and developing a team of Green Grass Territory Sales Representatives while driving regional sales performance and long-term customer relationships across golf courses, private clubs, resorts, driving ranges, and practice facilities. This is a leadership role focused on coaching, accountability, pipeline visibility, and strategic execution. The Regional Sales Manager ensures consistent sales discipline, strong customer engagement, and overall territory momentum across the region while representing Trackman as a trusted partner to PGA Professionals, Directors of Golf, General Managers, ownership groups, and multi-course operators. Primary Focus Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Green Grass Territory Representatives while driving regional revenue growth, pipeline health, and customer satisfaction. Ensure strategic focus, disciplined execution, and strong market presence across the region. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of Green Grass Territory Sales Representatives, providing consistent coaching, accountability, and development Drive regional sales performance to target through structured pipeline management, forecasting discipline, and strategic planning Conduct regular pipeline reviews and field rides to improve deal progression, sales quality, and closing effectiveness Ensure strong CRM discipline, accurate forecasting, and visibility into regional pipeline health Take an active leadership role in large, strategic, or multi-unit opportunities within the region Support reps in managing current customer relationships to ensure high engagement, retention, and long-term success Serve as a senior escalation point for key clients and ownership groups Develop and execute regional strategies aligned with company priorities, including prioritization of high-value green grass targets Analyze regional trends, competitive dynamics, and market opportunities, providing structured feedback to leadership Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and operations to ensure strong execution and customer experience

Requirements

  • Strong background in the green grass golf industry
  • Prior sales leadership or demonstrated ability to coach and influence others
  • Proven success in consultative or relationship-based sales
  • Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills
  • Experience managing pipeline, forecasting, and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
  • Ability to travel extensively within the region
  • Passion for golf and deep understanding of the green grass environment
