Position Summary Reporting to the Director of Retail Sales, the Regional Sales Manager (RSM) will be responsible for growing Marianne’s Harvest distribution, managing retail relationships, driving in-store performance, and executing sales strategies within the assigned territory. This role combines account management, field execution, broker management, and new business development. You will work closely with key retail partners, brokers, distributors, and cross-functional internal teams to deliver sales, distribution, shelving, and promotional goals. Location: US Central/East
