Requirements

  • Prior leadership or management experience, particularly in client service or customer-focused teams
  • Strong communication, coaching, and organizational skills
  • Proven ability to motivate and develop team members

Responsibilities

  • Recruit, onboard, and develop a team of client service professionals
  • Provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and constructive performance feedback
  • Set clear expectations, goals, and accountability standards for team members
  • Foster a collaborative, results-oriented remote team culture
  • Oversee client engagement to ensure professional and compliant service delivery
  • Monitor performance metrics and implement strategies to improve team results
