About The Position

Simon & Schuster is currently seeking a 2nd shift Replenisher to join our Distribution Center in Riverside, NJ. This position will be using RF device and be required to pick customer orders among other duties. Duties: Using RF device, employee will be required to pick customer orders for Split Case replenishment via supervisor’s direction Use of pallet jack Complete work assignments accurately and timely Able to operate a rider jack and stacker Perform moves, cycle counts, pack out and re-box excess stock weekly Able to work independently as well as with other coworkers when needed in specific areas Take direction from different leads when working in other areas of split case Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High School Diploma preferred
• Able to lift 50 lbs. continuously including over head
• Able to stand on feet for entire shift
• Able to use RF scanner
• Able to use pallet jack
• Able to work independently
• Flexible to picking replenishment regarding ASAP orders
• Able to follow all safety policies and procedures
• Able to effectively communicate when needed
• Overtime as needed (both voluntary and mandatory)
