About The Position

As the Retail Store Organization Coordinator, you will help support planning, execution, and maintenance of documentation of store layouts, space optimization, and organizational standards. This role ensures retail spaces are efficient, visually appealing, and aligned with company guidelines to enhance customer experience and operational effectiveness. You will also support the larger department with travel coordination for NSOs and annual Operations seminars.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience, including hands-on internship, in similar role and/or department
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Canva and Adobe/Acrobat
  • Strong written, verbal and presentation skills. An exceptional listener able to effectively communicate to various audiences at multiple levels
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Flexible team player who can effectively prioritize and multitask. Ability to work cross-functionally
  • Solid understanding of budgeting and ability to exercise appropriate judgement
  • Proven excellence at meeting long and short-term deadlines
  • Highly motivated self-starter

Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate the Retail All Store Repository, NSO task lists, related Yoobic tasks and other store organization related applications
  • Act as “gatekeeper” for all store NSO communications, ensuring projects are on track to meet deadlines
  • Partner with the Store Organization Manager to help organize and manage NSO tasks such as maintenance of signage, store hours, accruals and reclass
  • Maintain workload planning calendars for various NSO projects
  • Assist with supply orders and invoicing and ensure timely submission
  • Assist with development and creation of content for monthly Operational calls and team meetings
  • Act as the primary corporate contact for travel support to New Store Openings, inclusive of managing the hotel and travel contracts and any follow-ups on issues
  • Collect and analyze data relating to storage capacity to help create planograms and merchandising strategies for SmartOps and NSOs.
  • All other tasks assigned by supervisor
