About The Position

Supports the Department of Risk Management to ensure program goals and objectives are accomplished within prescribed time-frame and funding parameters.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience, required.

Responsibilities

  • Liaises with relevant departments and outside parties to ensure information provided is comprehensive and received in timely manner.
  • Coordinates the legal expenses and indemnity payments for the organization.
  • Obtains and processes authorization documents and payment requests.
  • Tracks and maintains records of payments to third party administrators.
  • Reviews and determines appropriate handling of incoming correspondence.
  • Enters information into data management system.
  • Reports to management on the status of projects, maintains appropriate files, follows up on tasks and open items.
  • Plans and organizes relevant meetings and conference calls, reviews meeting materials, and prepares presentations, when necessary.
  • Performs special projects and prepares data analysis reports for management.
