Supports the Department of Risk Management to ensure program goals and objectives are accomplished within prescribed time-frame and funding parameters. Job Responsibility Liaises with relevant departments and outside parties to ensure information provided is comprehensive and received in timely manner. Coordinates the legal expenses and indemnity payments for the organization. Obtains and processes authorization documents and payment requests. Tracks and maintains records of payments to third party administrators. Reviews and determines appropriate handling of incoming correspondence. Enters information into data management system. Reports to management on the status of projects, maintains appropriate files, follows up on tasks and open items. Plans and organizes relevant meetings and conference calls, reviews meeting materials, and prepares presentations, when necessary. Performs special projects and prepares data analysis reports for management. Performs related duties as required.
