Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of related work experience with 1 year or more of mechanical and electrical (harness and panels) experience
  • Ability to read, interpret, and follow engineering drawings, diagrams, schematics, bills of material, and other documented instructions
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
  • Valid medical examiner's certificate / DOT physical card
  • Ability to perform the physical demands of the job, including lifting up to 50 pounds

Nice To Haves

  • Associate degree or the successful completion of vocational school, technical college, or an apprenticeship program is preferred.
  • Having a commercial driver's license (CDL) along with experience driving a pickup truck and towing a trailer would be a plus.
  • Experience working on active outdoor construction sites is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Transport autonomous rebar-tying robots to and from construction job sites
  • Serve as the on-site liaison between the company and construction personnel, general contractors, and skilled trades
  • Perform robot setup, teardown, diagnostics, and operational support during deployments
  • Direct and assist a team of robot technicians to ensure safe and efficient setup
  • Operate autonomous rebar-tying robots on active job sites
  • Monitor robot performance and troubleshoot technical or operational issues as they arise
  • Minimize the need for on-site customer assistance through proactive coordination and support
  • Support day-to-day facility operations when not deployed to job sites
  • Safely operate forklifts and overhead cranes as needed
  • Contribute to improving production efficiency and accuracy for both the company and its customers
