Location: Edgefield, SC Pay: $15.00 per hour, weekly pay on Friday! Schedule: 1st Shift Training – 5:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Must be flexible to work on an off shift (2nd and/or 3rd shifts) after training. Type: Temp‑to‑Hire (90 Days) Sizemore is seeking Autoline Roll Form Operators for our client, a long‑standing manufacturing company in Edgefield, SC. Candidates will train on 1st shift with the expectation of moving to an off‑shift once training is complete. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are mechanically inclined, enjoy hands‑on work, and are looking to grow within a stable, reputable manufacturing environment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Mechanical aptitude required
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs as needed
• Ability to stand, walk, and bend throughout the shift
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing/industrial environment
• Must be able to train on 1st shift and move to another shift after training
• Must follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE

Responsibilities

• Operate Autoline Roll Form equipment in a safe and efficient manner
• Power up equipment and understand basic machine controls
• Use an overhead crane to load steel coils
• Thread steel into the machine
• Press and tack plates per production requirements
• Measure first‑piece parts using a tape measure to ensure quality specifications
• Load completed plates onto carts
• Record scrap and complete NCR (Non‑Conformance Report) documentation
• Follow all safety, quality, environmental, and production procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
