Responsibilities

  • Coordinate sales operations — Manage calendars, meetings, and scheduling
  • Maintain CRM systems, quotes, and customer records
  • Support customer communication including follow-ups
  • Coordinate travel, reporting, and expenses
  • Execute events & trainings
  • Assist marketing efforts
  • Manage supplies and administrative needs
  • Ensure follow-through on sales initiatives
