About The Position

Description Summary: The Sales and Service Specialist-Sr. is responsible for the design, development and marketing of growth initiatives for one or more business lines. Duties and Responsibilities: Develops and implements sales strategies, marketing campaigns and sales aids, to maximize profitability, meet customer needs and improve the delivery effectiveness of the assigned Huntington business line. Works with business units, including region management, to implement initiatives. Evaluates strategy effectiveness and recommends changes in overall direction. May be responsible for supervising less experienced incumbents. Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of related experience
  • Bachelor's Degree or 4 additional years of experience in lieu of degree

  • A proven track record of driving business insights and making data-driven recommendations that positively impact business outcomes
