Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in luxury hospitality or event space
  • Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communications skills
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to multi-task and manage time efficiently

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for our clients, creating a memorable first impression by answering all email inquiries and phone calls within the same day, ensuring our clients receive timely, professional communication and connecting them with the appropriate sales manager
  • Serve as our Delphi Administrator. This role is crucial to the sales department and is responsible for maintaining the integrity of our CRM.
  • Facilitate daily, weekly and monthly reporting to our operations teams
  • Oversee the weekly distribution of Banquet Event Orders, Resumes, changes and revisions to ensure our operations teams have the tools they need to succeed.
  • Attend necessary meetings such as BEO, Resume and Morning Rally to ensure thorough communication between departments.
  • Assist sales and events managers as needed with contracts, resumes, BEOs, making restaurant reservations, giving Discovery Tours, and more! Supporting the sales team requires a nimble, flexible approach to taking on what is needed.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned. Because this is a support role, there is no way to list every task that might be required. This is a dynamic role that requires an entrepreneurial spirit and is ideal for someone who wants to learn about hotel sales and events.
