About The Position

Sustainable Solutions Corporation (SSC) is seeking a Sales Enablement Manager to help drive strategic sales growth across our portfolio of energy, decarbonization, and sustainability solutions. This role will partner closely with the President to strengthen sales strategy, improve performance visibility, and drive outcomes with a strong focus on net new sales, pipeline development, and outreach effectiveness. The ideal candidate will bring a data-driven approach to building reporting, sales processes, and KPI frameworks that help commercial teams win new business and improve conversion across the funnel.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales strategy, revenue operations, business development analytics, or a related commercial function.
  • Strong proficiency with CRM, sales engagement, and reporting tools such as Zoho, Apollo.io, and similar platforms.
  • Proven ability to analyze sales performance data and turn findings into strategies that improve outreach results, pipeline growth, and net new sales performance.
  • Experience building KPI frameworks tied to prospecting activity, funnel conversion, opportunity creation, and revenue growth.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence both sales leadership and frontline teams.
  • Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
  • Passion for supporting a mission-driven company focused on sustainability, innovation, and measurable business impact.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage dashboards, reports, and analytics that track outbound activity, outreach performance, opportunity creation, pipeline health, and closed-won revenue.
  • Hold all net new sales team members accountable to performance standards and KPIs, ensuring consistent achievement of daily and weekly outbound outreach goals.
  • Analyze sales outreach metrics, including contact rates, reply rates, meetings booked, conversion rates, and sales cycle progression to improve prospecting effectiveness.
  • Identify trends across target accounts, verticals, and customer segments to refine territory strategy, account prioritization, and go-to-market execution.
  • Develop KPI frameworks and scorecards focused on sales activity and outcomes, including prospecting performance, new logo acquisition, pipeline generation, and revenue attainment.
  • Create scalable sales playbooks, workflows, and tools that improve team productivity, strengthen outbound strategy, and increase forecasting accuracy.
  • Translate data into actionable insights and recommendations that support sales coaching, leadership decision-making, and continuous process improvement.
  • Partner with Marketing and Operations to align campaign performance, lead flow, and sales priorities with company growth objectives.
  • Support onboarding and ongoing enablement with data-backed training, competitive insights, messaging support, and best practices for driving new business.
