About The Position

As the first dedicated GTM hire, you will build the sales engine from zero to one. You will own the full sales cycle, targeting indie studios and major publishers to eliminate language barriers in gaming. By bridging the gap between developers and engineering, you'll directly influence the product roadmap for global game launches. Requirements

  • Proven zero-to-one builder who has successfully established a sales function at an early-stage startup and taken it to meaningful revenue milestones.
  • Deep domain expertise in the gaming ecosystem with an existing network at companies like Unity, Epic, Roblox, or major global publishing houses.
  • Exceptional customer empathy with a background in solutions engineering or customer success, enabling you to navigate the technical complexities of game development.

Responsibilities

  • Execute the full sales cycle from cold outreach and prospecting to closing high-stakes deals with both indie studios and global game publishers.
  • Act as the primary bridge between the market and engineering, translating developer pain points into actionable feedback to shape the AI product roadmap.
  • Design and implement the company’s foundational go-to-market strategy, including pricing models, outreach sequences, and sales operations processes.
