About You HiBob is looking for an outstanding sales manager who will be based in Toronto, Canada. The ideal candidate will drive sales activities for our SaaS-based offerings. You will be expected to support your team to penetrate and prospect potential accounts. You must be able to thrive in a fast-paced hyper-growth start-up environment. Our ideal candidate possesses extensive knowledge of the HR industry, workflows and processes. Able to communicate the differentiated value of our platform. You will be managing, directly, a team of outbound SMB Account Executives and will be working closely with other stakeholders. You'll be well suited to this role if you're driven to achieve the company’s sales goals and can demonstrate excellent sales and customer service skills. Note: We will only consider candidates located in the Toronto Metro Area who are willing to work in our Toronto office 2-3 days a week. We love collaborating and connecting with our team members in-person, and we hope you will too! Base salaries for this role range from $145,000 - $185,000 CAD.
