Job Description: Install Base Validation and CRM Data Management Conduct ongoing data cleanup of the PSA Global Install Base within Dynamics CRM by reviewing and correcting asset types, locations, and serial numbers. Cross-reference ERP data with CRM records using Excel models to validate equipment accuracy across systems. Collaborate with Sales and Field Service teams by providing asset lists to confirm machine presence and correct discrepancies. Maintain data integrity through systematic validation of customer and equipment records. Data Analytics and Reporting Validation Support the BWFC Global Orders reporting initiative by performing daily data validation and reconciliation during the testing phase ahead. Compare Power BI booking data with ERP systems (USA and Parma) to identify discrepancies in product categories and sales executive assignments. Coordinate with Customer Service and Applications Engineering to investigate reporting errors and verify that corrections are accurately implemented. Ensure reporting accuracy and system readiness through detailed testing and communication across teams.
