The Sales Operations Process Optimization Intern supports the Sales organization by analyzing, documenting, and improving sales operations workflows, data structures, and forecasting processes. This role focuses on mapping current-state workflows, identifying inefficiencies, designing standardized intake and handoff processes, and developing semi-automated forecasting tools to improve data accuracy and cross-functional alignment. The intern will work closely with Sales, Program Management, Operations, Purchasing, Finance, and IT to support consistent opportunity tracking and improve the flow of information across Salesforce, Smartsheet, and Plex. This position is project-based and culminates in a formal 12-week capstone presentation to leadership.
